An Improved CTAB–Ammonium Acetate Method for Total RNA Isolation from Cotton

Abstract: The CTAB-ammonium acetate method is easy, rapid, low-cost and effective for high-quality RNA isolation from polysaccharide- and polyphenol-rich cotton tissues.
