An Improved Bi-Level Thresholding Based Uncertainty Evaluation for Speech Enhancement in Non-Stationary Noises

Abstract: This paper proposes a new speech enhancement framework to improve the quality of speeches recorded under adverse acoustic environments based on the speech presence uncertainty.
