Abstract:Effective translation of data to inform real-time patient care is lacking in addiction inpatient settings. The current study presents the optimization of an assessment report that is used by clinicians to individualize treatment. A multi-aim, iterative approach was taken, utilizing an implementation science perspective to arrive at a final version of the assessment report.
