Abstract:Aim To investigate the efficacy of fat grafting in primary tendon healing through immunohistochemical and biomechanical examinations. Material and Method The study material comprised a total of 10 male Sprague-Dawley rats, each approximately 10 weeks old. All 10 rats were operated on bilaterally.
