Abstract:Summary
A 79-year-old man with dyspnea and lower extremity edema underwent transthoracic echocardiography, which showed an extra-cardiac lesion characterized by a large hypoechoic mass with a central hyperechoic area, the so-called pseudo-kidney sign. An esophagogastroscopy revealed a wide lesion from the antrum to the cardia, invading the thoracic esophagus.
