An exploratory study of a law enforcement model for vehicle speed in Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, South Africa

Abstract: This study explores the law enforcement model for vehicle speed in Tshwane municipality of South Africa.  South Africa has comparatively high road traffic crashes and casualty rates.
