“…In CBC, a consultant meets with a parent and teacher (or other relevant school professional) to (a) identify and evaluate a target behavior and relevant environmental variables; (b) identify, individualize, and train implementers on a behavioral intervention; and (c) evaluate the impact of the intervention once implemented (Sheridan & Kratochwill, 2008). A robust literature base supports the effectiveness of CBC across many different types of students and interventions (Kratochwill, Elliott, Loitz, Sladeczek, & Carlson, 2003;Sheridan, Warnes, et al, 2009;Sheridan, Eagle, & Doll, 2006).
