Abstract:The Family-centered Function Focused Care (Fam-FFC) intervention, is a nurse-family care partnership model aimed to improve the physical and cognitive recovery in hospitalized persons living with Alzheimer’s Disease Related Dementias (ADRD) while improving the care partner’s experiences.
