Gingivitis is a condition where the gums become inflamed due to a bacterial infection, causing the gums to swell. Gingivitis if treated too late will trigger more dangerous dental disease. Minimize knowledge about gingivitis and limited time to consult with experts so that people pay less attention to dental and oral health which can indicate gingivitis. The purpose of this study was to determine accuracy in identifying gingivitis disease using the Naive Bayes method, which can help the public to find out information about gingivitis, so a system with experts was built. Expert System is knowledge from experts that is entered into a computer or system that can be used for consultation. The data used in this study were 24 symptom data and 5 types of disease data sourced from interviews with an expert. The experts used in this study were dentists at the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Clinic. The data can be obtained from the results of the medical records of patients who perform examinations with dentists. The data processed in this study is knowledge about the symptoms and types of gingivitis in the teeth obtained from an expert. The result of the test is that the largest value of the total probability is found in the type of gum disease Puberty with a value of 0.000106795855. This research can help the community to conduct consultations easily, find out the symptoms early so that people do not have to go to the hospital with a long distance.

This article demonstrates an ontology-based technique that aids in envisioning the problem domain before software development, presenting an approach to assist decision-making for reliable and optimal healthcare administration. The proposed approach is designed for utilization by a Web-Based Decision Support System (WebDSS). The purpose of the study is to aid readers in comprehending how ontologies in healthcare management platforms can be modeled using UML and OWL. For the conceptualization and the design, service modelling and the semantics of the web language are crucial. We demonstrate the use of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the Ontology Web Language (OWL) in the administration of healthcare operations and key elements of the model-base of healthcare administration systems. Highly educated systems with automated assistance will allow decision-makers to more effectively incorporate aspects of sustainability into their decisions. In order to generate semantic ontologies for medical management, the present study proposes an ontology creation technique and a Semantic Web framework called Protégé. Web-based technologies, decision trees, data mining, and computational algorithms are implemented by WebDSS to assess medical resources administration information in real-time. These methods are employed to develop a decision making framework for this study. Time series graphs, email reports, and webpages are used to display the test findings. When healthcare thresholds are surpassed, the system uses text messages as email reports to automatically deliver warnings. Our study's primary contribution is the creation of a useful tool that makes it easier for academics studying medical concerns to locate online sites with information.

The health and productivity of animals, as well as farmers’ financial well-being, can be significantly impacted by cattle illnesses. Accurate and timely diagnosis is therefore essential for effective disease management and control. In this study, we consider the development of models and algorithms for diagnosing diseases in cattle based on Sugeno’s fuzzy inference. To achieve this goal, an analytical review of mathematical methods for diagnosing animal diseases and soft computing methods for solving classification problems was performed. Based on the clinical signs of diseases, an algorithm was proposed to build a knowledge base to diagnose diseases in cattle. This algorithm serves to increase the reliability of informative features. Based on the proposed algorithm, a program for diagnosing diseases in cattle was developed. Afterward, a computational experiment was performed. The results of the computational experiment are additional tools for decision-making on the diagnosis of a disease in cattle. Using the developed program, a Sugeno fuzzy logic model was built for diagnosing diseases in cattle. The analysis of the adequacy of the results obtained from the Sugeno fuzzy logic model was performed. The processes of solving several existing (model) classification and evaluation problems and comparing the results with several existing algorithms are considered. The results obtained enable it to be possible to promptly diagnose and perform certain therapeutic measures as well as reduce the time of data analysis and increase the efficiency of diagnosing cattle. The scientific novelty of this study is the creation of an algorithm for building a knowledge base and improving the algorithm for constructing the Sugeno fuzzy logic model for diagnosing diseases in cattle. The findings of this study can be widely used in veterinary medicine in solving the problems of diagnosing diseases in cattle and substantiating decision-making in intelligent systems.
