An experimental investigation of scalar control-based induction motor drive using digital signal processor

Abstract: This paper presents hardware implementation of anti-windup proportional integral (AWPI) controller-based scalar control of three phase induction motor (IM) drive using digital signal processer (DSP). The space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is used generally for motor control application. The proposed control scheme is built on DSP which reduces speed error by using AWPI controller.
