An Experiment: Hiring Discrimination on Appearance, Especially on Women

Abstract: It's a common phenomenon that appearance discrimination occurring in Hiring condition, however, in China, things are a little different. Compare to other countries' gender gap decreased gradually, the difference of gender in China kept rising.
