This study analyses the importance of the entrepreneurial intention of university students to promote social change by green entrepreneurship in regard to the three most vibrant components of AMO (Ability, Motivation, and Opportunity) theory, developed by the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The entrepreneurial intention among students is identified via a deductive approach and this approach is developed using a PLS-SEM. The literature exploited and the methodology used comprise a full exploratory analysis technique to collect empirical data to find the predictor variables that influence the promotion of social changes connected to the mediating variable of green entrepreneurship. The survey data were collected from a total of 302 respondents through survey questionnaires from the students. The data were examined statistically to demonstrate the hypotheses predicted from the literature review. The outcomes of the hypothesis association showed that AMO theory influences the predictor variables of skills, incentives, and entrepreneurship education, and that these skills are statistically significant and accepted towards green entrepreneurship. However, the importance of a green entrepreneurship strategy is influenced by the entrepreneurial intention that encourages the promotion of social change. Therefore, the present study helps researchers to find the structural relationship between different wings connecting AMO theory with the entrepreneurial intention that incurs and develops sustainable business performance to create jobs, instead of searching for jobs. Secondly, this study also indicates a mixed approach where participants can openly discuss their opinion and understanding. Ultimately, this study encourages the use of the covariance-based structural equation model (CB-SEM) by confirming its theory, and testing the confirmatory factor analysis in particular.

This study investigates the efficacy and effects of Kolb's experiential learning (EL) model and students' scientific field groups on their innovativeness in business development. (1) Humanities and Social Science, and (2) Science and Technology are the scientific field groups. A quasi-experimental quantitative approach with a 2 x 2 factorial design was used in this study. This study's sample encompassed active Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the University of Mataram enrolling for entrepreneurship courses which were taken using random sampling after commensuration processes. The data collection instrument used to collect data on students' innovativeness is a project-based assessment based on indicators of innovativeness in developing products and digital marketing. The results of the instrument test fulfilled the validity and reliability requirement. All data were analyzed statistically by descriptive statistics and comparative analysis using the ANOVA test, which was preceded by an analysis requirement test. The study results showed an interaction effect of the EL model and students' scientific field on students' innovativeness. In addition, Kolb's EL model also directly affects students' innovativeness, while the scientific field group does not. Nevertheless, the data showed that the Science and Technology group innovates better than the others. The theoretical implication of this study was that EL has a strong theoretical framework for entrepreneurial learning, so it needs to be expanded through further studies.

“…With EL, students can have higher-order thinking and social skills (Coker et al, 2017), because the teaching and learning involve such risk as combining and challenging new things (Morris, 2020), especially when applied along with the building of self-confidence with future orientation, innovative thinking, and proactive action (Izadi et al, 2017). The application of EL in entrepreneurship teaching has been aknowledged to in strengthening entrepreneurial intentions, motivation, and competence (Mason & Arshed, 2013;Castaldi et al, 2020); in encouraging critical thinking skills (Scogin et al, 2017); improving social engagement and empowerment (Krakauer et al, 2017); managing learning outcomes, student attitudes towards risk taking and starting a business (Bandera et al, 2018); and improving entrepreneurial competence of vocational students (Prastawa et al, 2020). The quality of entrepreneurship teaching in Vocational High School (VHS) is so low that the use of experiential learning (EL) could be an alternative. To actualize this, a thorough evaluation is imperative as a basis for proper designing of EL. This study aims to analyse the suitability of the implementation of EL in entrepreneurship teaching in VHS using importance performance analysis (IPA). This study was conducted using survey method on four EL components: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. The sample consists of 701 VHS students and graduates from seven districts/cities in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The research data were analysed comparatively and the suitability of the IPA quadrant. The study indicated that EL-based entrepreneurship teaching process did not meet respondents' expectations. All EL components were fully implemented in entrepreneurship teaching. The components in active experimentation aspect are the lowest in implementation. All components in active experimentation and some in other components were categorized as an important aspect of entrepreneurship teaching whose learning achievement are still low. The results of the study are crucial in determining the need to design an entrepreneurship teaching that integrates all four components so as to generate quality graduates.
