An experience in using risk management in a software process improvement programme

Abstract: In the context of fierce competition in the field of Telecom Services, companies need to continuously improve their processes. To satisfy its business goals, centered on achieving enhanced customer satisfaction and greater competitiveness, France Telecom Research and Development (France Telecom R&D) set up a Software Process Improvement (SPI) programme in 1999.
