Abstract:The article provides a description of the anthropological finding – human remains discovered in the church of St. Peter (Domashevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, burial at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries AD). The available morphological data most likely indicate the presence of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis. This disease resulted in trauma to the cervical vertebrae, which altered their morphology.
