An examination of learning transfer system characteristics across organizational settings

Abstract: No previous research in the UnitedTransfer of learning has long been an important HRD research issue. Since Baldwin and Ford' s review of the literature (1988) over a decade ago, considerable progress has been made in understanding factors affecting transfer.
