An Examination of Cartoons Watched by Preschoolers in Terms of Gender Stereotypes: The Case of Niloya

Abstract: Öz. Bu araştırma, Niloya çizgi filmini toplumsal cinsiyet kalıp yargıları açısından incelemeyi amaçladığından yorumlamacı temel nitel araştırma özelliği taşımaktadır. Araştırmada Niloya çizgi filminin 50 bölümü izlenmiş ve elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yoluyla analiz edilmiştir. Çizgi filmde bulunan karakterlerin, toplumsal cinsiyete ilişkin kalıp yargılara uygun davranış ve görünümlere sahip oldukları belirlenmiş olup, çizgi filmin toplumsal cinsiyet kalıp yargılarının üretilmesine katkı sağladığı ortaya… Show more
