An examination of authentic leadership as an individual and social factor of resilience

Abstract: Resilient qualities, which derive from protective factors, enable an individual to balance exposure to vulnerabilities in military service and throughout life. Protective factors arise from within an individual, from social factors, and from an individual's environment.
