“…Most of the teachers reported satisfactory to very high school culture, primarily as a result of the very good relationship, team spirit and atmosphere of support and cooperation between the teaching staff and secondarily as a result of the compliance of teachers, the principal and pupils with rules of conduct, values and standards.
