Purpose: This study aims to determine the increase and decrease in Revlon's cosmetic sales. Research methodology: Quantitative research seeks to identify and establish the relationships or influences between variables. The research results show that a lack of promotional activities has a good rating. The correlation coefficient between lack of promotion and decline in sales is 0.598, indicating a positive relationship between the two variables. Hypothesis testing using a t-test shows that the lack of promotional activities has a significant impact on the decline in sales. Results: This quantitative study identified a relationship between the lack of promotional activities and the decline in Revlon's cosmetic sales. It recommends that companies use additional promotional strategies such as social media marketing, advertising campaigns, and offering discounts to enhance their sales potential. These insights should benefit companies to assess the value of each strategy and make strategic decisions that could improve sales revenue.

Purpose: This study aims to determine: (1) the need for the development of digital modules of Islamic Religious Education to improve student learning independence; (2) the design of the development of digital modules of Islamic Religious Education to improve student learning independence; (3) the validity of digital modules of Islamic Religious Education to improve student learning independence; (4) the practicality of digital modules of Islamic Religious Education to improve student learning independence; and (5) the effectiveness of digital modules of Islamic Religious Education to improve student learning independence. Research methodology: This study examines a type of research and development (R&D) that produces a product in the form of a digital module for Islamic Education. This development utilizes the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used in this study included a questionnaire on student independence in learning. The questionnaire was administered to 70 students at the Insan Cendekia Madani Middle School Program, Serpong, South Tangerang City, to assess the achievement of student independence in learning in Islamic Education assisted by an online application or platform. This application is transformed into a product referred to as a digital module. Results: The results show that the development of a digital module for Islamic Religious Education is needed to improve students' learning independence. Design or design produces a digital module of Islamic Religious Education, along with supporting devices and research instruments. The product developed is a digital module of Islamic Religious Education to improve students' learning independence and instructions for using the digital module of Islamic Religious Education, lesson plans, and assessment sheets. The validation test results showed that the digital module was valid based on the experts' assessments.

Purpose: Telecommunications has undergone significant development in accordance with the times. Telecommunications narrows distances and facilitates information access. The infrastructure within telecommunications plays a crucial role in the establishment and continuity of communication. Investment involves the allocation of money or capital with the aim of gaining profit. Stocks are one of the instruments in investment; besides gaining profits, investors also face the risk of experiencing losses. Therefore, it is necessary to provide value protection to stocks owned by investors. The objective of this research is to explore the implementation of option contracts in the Black-Scholes model using Historical Volatility and GARCH Volatility with a collar strategy. Research methodology: The data used in this study consists of the closing prices of TOWR and TBIG stocks from the period of 2011-2022. The research findings conclude that, for TOWR stocks under non-crisis conditions with a maturity of 3 months, the Black-Scholes model with GARCH Volatility performs better than the model with Historical Volatility in every scenario. Meanwhile, for TOWR stocks under crisis and non-crisis conditions with maturities of 1 and 3 months, the Black-Scholes model using Historical Volatility is superior to the model using GARCH Volatility in one of the scenarios. Results: In the case of TBIG stocks under crisis conditions with a maturity of 3 months, the Black-Scholes model with GARCH Volatility outperforms the model with Historical Volatility in all scenarios. However, under the conditions of a 1-month maturity and non-crisis conditions for 1 and 3 months in one scenario, the Black-Scholes model using Historical Volatility is superior to the model using GARCH Volatility.
