An evaluation of patient's knowledge about acute kidney injury pre- and post-follow-up clinic

Abstract: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common occurrence among hospital patients, with patients being cared for by a wide range of health care specialties, rather than purely under the care of nephrologists. Patients with severe AKI are known to have poorer outcomes if they do not receive appropriate follow-up and medication reviews.
