An evaluation of ISO 9000 initiatives in Indian industry for enhanced manufacturing performance

Abstract: Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the contributions of ISO 9000 initiatives towards improving manufacturing performance in the Indian manufacturing industry.
