An evaluation of hospitals’ outpatient service quality from patients’ perspective in Shenzhen: A cross- sectional study

Abstract: Background:Outpatient services plays a large and critical part in China’s hospitals. Quality improvements can be achieved through patients’ perspective, especially the patient experience.
