An Ethical Practice Intervention Program for Pediatric Nurses with Varied Nursing Experience

Abstract: Aim: This study aimed to elucidate experience-related differences in the impact of an intervention program promoting ethical nursing practices among pediatric nurses with 0-5 years' experience in varying settings.
