An Enhanced Fast Handover Using Hierarchical Setup for Mobile IP

Abstract: Abstract-Mobile IP protocol has been designed to handle global and seamless user's mobility on the Internet. However, Mobile IP suffers from handoff latency due to slow handoff discovery and binding association notification.
