An empirical study of interdisciplinary crime research

Abstract:This research was designed to test the effectiveness of interdisciplinary scientific research in the field of crime. A survey was conducted using an online questionnaire to assess the hypotheses and evaluate the adequacy of statistical and text analysis tools. The sample consisted of scientists from various disciplines. The results of the data analysis showed that there is a lack of effective interdisciplinary cooperation and knowledge synthesis among the different types of sciences.
