An Empirical Investigation of the Validity of McCarthy's Multiple-Choice Question Classification Matrix

Abstract: Multiple-choice question examinations and their incorporation of questions accompanying introductory marketing texts are common. Within the framework of a standard hierarchy of learning taxonomy, this study investigates the validity of the typology classifying the questions accompanying one of the most widely adopted texts.
