Abstract: An empirical case study is presented which details a problem structuring activity facilitated by the United Kingdom (UK) Ministry of Defence (MOD) Internal Technical Support ‐ Systems Engineering Team with the UK MOD Generic Vehicle Architecture (GVA) team.
