An Efficient Traffic Congestion Monitoring System on Internet of Vehicles

Abstract: Existing intelligent transport systems (ITS) do not fully consider and resolve accuracy, instantaneity, and compatibility challenges while resolving traffic congestion in Internet of Vehicles (IoV) environments.
