Abstract: Channel noise, crosstalk, and other annoyances can occur. Detecting and fixing anomalies in received data is essential to retrieve the sender's data. The Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) is used extensively in data transfer. The Golay binary cyclic codes are the most well-known (an alphabet consisting of two letters).
