An efficient strategy for the expression of Jingzhaotoxin-III inEscherichia coli

Abstract: Jingzhaotoxin-III (JZTX-III), a 36-residue peptide cardiotoxin containing three pairs of disulphide bonds, has been characterized from the venom of the Chinese tarantula Chilobrachys jingzhao.
