An Efficient NVoD Scheme Using Implicit Error Correction and Subchannels for Wireless Networks

Abstract: Implicit Error Correction (IEC) is a near Video-on-Demand (nVoD) scheme that trades bandwidth utilization for initial playback delay to potentially support an infinite number of users.
