Leukemia refers to a type of blood malignancy that develops due to certain hematological disorders. Identifying leukemia at its earlier stages through clinical operations are highly complicated task with invasive methods. Gene expression data could be collected and computational methods could be adopted which could lead to better prediction of leukemia that leads to prevention at its earlier stages. Today, feature selection has become an important step in pre-processing that helps bring improvement to the classification system and its performance that is done by choosing optimal feature subsets by means of reducing or eliminating redundant or irrelevant features. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is a popular algorithm wherein certain solutions that are generated randomly move within the search space to obtain optimal solutions. Another relatively new and evolutionary method computation is the Ant Lion Optimization (ALO) algorithm that has lower computation cost compared to the other techniques. In this work, a new technique known as the Hybrid Ant Lion Mutated Ant Colony Optimize along with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was proposed for the prediction of leukaemia with the microarray gene data. The proposed model that is used for identifying the optimal set of features from which the classification has been done using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) has produced a significant prediction accuracy of 87.88%.

The Internet of things, an outstanding scientific technology in the current computational society, is usually made of intelligent electronic gadgets and sensing devices. IoT focuses on the interaction and communication of objects to extract human necessities. Wireless sensor networks have become the pivotal architecture for building the efficient and rigid functionality of the IoT. Usually, a wireless sensor network performs its activities based on the nodes established in the network. The node explicitly exhibits various attributes like sensing the signals, computing complex computations, and other wireless computing strategies over the web. The sensor node in the network transmits data and information using numerous available transmission techniques. It optimizes the routines from available routes over the network path. Optimizing the working span of WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks) is essential. This paper elucidates the optimization techniques to improve network sensors' performance and lifespan ratios in a reliable and stable network. Hence, the proposed mechanisms soundly speak about reinforcement learning and fuzzy logic systems from ML (Machine Learning). Both these variants work based on the types of available wireless nodes, the energies from the nodes, the existing bandwidth, and non-reliable distances between the nodes (sink). The paper also compares the proposed techniques using IEEE protocols and the fuzzy logic approach. The outset of the presentation reveals the optimized-enhanced lifespan and power consumption of WSNs through OPNET (Optimum Network Performance).

This paper proposes a model to address the challenges faced by medical cyber-physical systems (MCPS) by implementing a permissioned blockchain platform. The platform incorporates the unique properties of blockchain into the network of affected systems, including decentralization, transparency, and immutability. The platform also includes a novel technique to secure MCPS through an automated access-control manager. This manager allows users to control who has access to their data, and can be configured to trust a third party if desired. The paper also extends into networked medical device systems, and discusses how the platform can be used to address critical is-sues specific to this field, such as network design. Finally, the paper discusses how various security features can be integrated into ultra-small devices, enhancing the protection of embedded systems. The overall objective of this research is to develop a secure and efficient data transfer mechanism for MCPS. The proposed platform addresses the challenges faced by MCPS by incorporating the unique properties of blockchain.
