Blockchain system has various advantages in transaction data storage. Due to the distributed nature of blockchain, security becomes a concern to store private data. In literature, many techniques to maintain security in the blockchain is proposed. But the conventional data security schemes are not alone sufficient to incorporate complete security in blockchain. Hence in this paper, a blockchain management system with three layers of security is proposed. The proposed blockchain system is suggested for E-health record (EHR). The proposed system includes three layers, and the first layer contains a user authentication wall, which is used to verify the user based on unique user id, password and usage pattern. A tri-factor mechanism is used to verify the usage pattern of the user. In the second layer, the EHR manager is used to verify the query based on policy. The policy contains 48 rules, which is used to analyse the query to grand or denied access. The final layer consists of lightweight 16-bit XOR cryptography used to store the data as cybertext. The proposed system is evaluated using three medical datasets, and its performances are evaluated based on turnaround time, tardiness, actual time delay and average actual time delay. The simulation performance of the proposed technique, that turnaround time is 55ms, tardiness is 150ms, and actualtime delay is 160ms. The encryption time of Data 1, Data 2 and Data 3 is 550ms, 50ms, and 1150ms, respectively. On the other hand, the proposed technique consumed time for decryption of Data 1, Data 2 and Data 3 is 1750ms, 65ms, and 1450ms, respectively. The performance analysis proves the effectiveness of the proposed system. Ultimately, the proposed blockchain management system is more suitable for enhancing the security for handling health records.

Heart disease is one of the worst life-threatening conditions. Correct and early diagnosis of this disease is crucial for saving patients’ life and avoiding other complications. On the other hand, keeping the patient’s data, diagnosis process, and treatment plan secured is equally important to the defactomedical procedure. This research proposes a system that is consisting of two phases: security provision and patients’ condition diagnosis. Typically, the first phase exercises a security protocol, called three-pass protocol, to ensure that the people who can access the patient's information are authorized. In order to obtain a high accuracy level in the diagnosis process, artificial intelligence with machine learning methods are employed in the later phase. The proposed system relies on a data set which includes a number of vital indicators, by which the patient's status can be classified as having heart disease or not. The KNN algorithm and the random forest tree algorithm are applied to carry out the classification task. The accuracy scale results reveals that the randomforest tree algorithm (99%) gave higher accuracy than KNN (97%).

Some information is more confidential for every user. The user doesn’t want any type of leakage of private information. The user requirements are the topmost priority of secure communication or information sharing confidentiality with high-tech devices and advanced security systems for protecting non-sharable information to authorized persons. These high-security requirements are open and the development of the best security system for securing user’s data. Nowadays telecommunication fields are advancing rapidly in wireless technology and Mobile Ad hoc Network is the most researched area in wireless technology, and this will be approached in terms of the light weight technology revolution. MANET has one thing of less infrastructure and dynamic behavior of the demanding network strategies which is implemented in provided efficient communication. Encrypted methods and key exchange protocols can be made sure for Man in middle attacks. These Linguistic algorithms with the key exchange method (DH-KELA) are added and work together. The key exchange protocol is working for Man in the middle attack and the Linguistic algorithm performs for information hiding according to the key exchange method with a different pattern. We aim to facilitate double security topology in communication channels before sending confidential user information. It is a piece of more secure and reliable information-hiding concept. This paper is described a Linguistic algorithm with a key exchange method of the Diffie-Hellman (DH), Security Attacks, and security challenges on Mobile Ad-hoc networks.
