An Efficient Cooperative Method to Solve Multiple Sequence Alignment Problem

Abstract: In this research work, we propose a cooperative approach called simulated particle swarm optimization (SPSO) which is based on metaheuristics to find an approximate solution for the multiple sequence alignment (MSA) problem.
