Abstract:[1] This paper adopts an efficient strategy that allocates the network resources to the users according to the transmission rate requirement. Based on cooperation and the use of variable length spreading codes, the terminals requiring high transmission rate are supported by larger bandwidth and power in order to enhance their quality of service.
