An Effective Neighborhood Initial-Playback Based Caching Scheme for Video on Demand over Mobile Ad Hoc Network

Abstract: Abstract-Video on demand (VOD) System over mobile Ad hoc network (MANET) is a system that provides video services to mobile clients. The main problem in these systems is the high service delay where the mobile clients have to wait to watch their favorite movie.
