An Educational Program to Promote Emotional Mastery Skills in Nurse Managers

Abstract: A curriculum was designed and implemented for nurse managers to develop and optimize emotional mastery skills. The program is outlined, implementation strategies were discussed, results were measured, and outcomes were reviewed.
