An Early Cancer Diagnosis Platform based on Micro-magnetic Sensor Array Demonstrates Ultra-high Sensitivity

Abstract: In this paper a highly sensitive detection methodology for obtaining the concentration of protein tumor markers via the selective incorporation of super paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (MNP) onto an antigen is reported. The tumor marker concentration is measured with a nano-oxide layer inserted giant magneto-resistive (GMR) sensor that determines the attenuation of an external magnetic field that is induced by the MNP. The 15 nm MNPs, used herein, exhibit a super paramagnetic behavior with saturation mag… Show more

“…Moreover, the results of XRD patterns and PL spectra can also help to prove the above conclusion. As illustrated in figure 2(g), both the MAPbI 3 films prepared with HAP and MAP methods present two strong peaks at 14.2 • and 28.5 • , corresponding to (110) and (220) planes of the MAPbI 3 crystal, respectively [26]. It can be seen that the narrower full widths at half-maximum is obtained in the MAPbI 3 films with MAP method, which further supports the effect of proper microwave irradiation (40-120 s) on crystallinity improvement.…”

“…XRD patterns of CH3NH3PbI3 films with different concentrations of PAN additives are shown in Figure S2. The XRD patterns of all CH3NH3PbI3 films samples revealed peaks at 14.2° and 28.5°, corresponding to the reflections from the (110) and (220) planes [24], respectively. The XRD patterns meant that the PAN additives had no effect on the crystal structure and orientation of CH3NH3PbI3.…”

“…As we know, the CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 perovskite layer is transparent at the telecommunication band due to its bandgap limitation of 1.5 eV. Meanwhile, it has a relatively lower refractive index ( n p ) of 2.3 compared with that of germanium 49,50 . These advantages suggest that the perovskite material is an appropriate AR coating for germanium-based high-performance photodetectors.…”
