An autopsy case of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy with massive iron deposition in juxtacortical lesions

Abstract: Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) is a severe demyelinating disease caused by JC virus infection of oligodendrocytes. Little has been reported on iron deposits in patients with PML.
