An Automatic System for Detecting the Vehicle Registration Plate from Video in Foggy and Rainy Environments using Restoration Technique

Abstract: The vehicle registration plate detection is an emerging area in digital image processing. The registration plates are detected by using the video cameras on different locations for controlling the traffic.
