An Automatic Generation Method of Exploded View Based on Projection

Abstract: Exploded view is a kind of schematic view which decomposes the assembly into parts and arranges according to certain rules to explain the product structural relationship and guide the relevant technical personnel to carry out product assembly or maintenance. It is necessary to consider the visibility constraints and explosion sequence rules to construct the exploded view. Manual creation will lead to repeated modification and low efficiency. In this paper, a projection based algorithm for automatic generation … Show more

“…These cells are cleverly arranged in a hierarchical nested combination form within the table to express deeper data semantics. In order to better manage and analyze data, Li Jinhao [4] used the programming language C # to automatically generate tables, combined with SQL statements to filter and export data from the data integration platform and write them into the table. With the breakthrough of natural language technology, ChatGPT has been widely popular recently.…”

“…1. However, these methods typically need a long time to process, and the time increases significantly, depending on the complexity of the assemblies [2,17,24]. Few studies have attempted to create real-time exploded views of assemblies and they do so by sacrificing on the technical accuracy of the visualization or by assembly-specific configuration of parameters [2,9].…”
