An Automated Grade Of Service Measuring System

Abstract: In this paper, we present a novel way to introduce an automated system to measure grade of service system. In this system, calls are presented to a system that has limited number of resources (servers or trunks). A typical scenario involves having fewer resources than users of the system so probability of blocking is high.
