Nowadays, cloud computing becomes emerging technology, where any kind of data can be shared. Software and resources can be offered based on the requirement of customers. Effective resource allocation is a challengeable task in a Cloud environment. Cloud resource providers have sufficient resources which should be efficiently allocated. Otherwise, a problem will occur in underutilization devices. The main difficulty is to identify an appropriate cloud resource provider for each cloud user who could sell various resources in minimum possible cost according to their requirements and simultaneously find suitable cloud user for a cloud service provider who values his resources at the most. To overcome the above issues, Efficient Resource Utilization Auction Method is designed to solve resource allocation issues by using dynamic cost model and effective resource utilization for cost resources. The method offers one type of safe auction process between resource provider and user to grow their business mutually in win-win condition. Where, cloud user looks to get actual requirement with an affordable cost; simultaneously cloud resource provider also looks to generate good revenue and meaningful profit. The method fascinates the cloud resource provider to decide the resource allocation for the submitted virtual machine (VM) to the physical machine (PMs). The proposed method works based on a dynamic economic auction model. Based on the experimental evaluation, proposed Efficient Resource Utilization Auction Method improves the 18% resource utilization (RU), and reduces 20 seconds task completion time (TCT) compare than conventional methodologies.

Designing negotiator agents who adopt real-world inspired negotiation strategies in front of different types of negotiation scenario increases the chance of having better utility and success rate in negotiation-based cloud resource allocation. To realize real-world inspired multi-strategy based negotiating system for cloud marketplace, three following issues are focused in this paper: 1) Designing a new negotiation_strategy_basket with the aim of approaching the strategies of the real-world negotiation markets, 2) Modeling the critical condition of the cloud trading market, and 3) Adopting a new fuzzy decision system (i.e., Fuzzy Negotiation Strategy Selection System (FNSSDS)) for conducting negotiator agents of type resource providers and resource customers in how to select a suitable negotiation strategy from negotiation_strategy_basket according to the critical condition of the cloud trading market. We perform extensive simulation experiments to compare the performance of the proposed negotiator agents with the well known negotiator agents in name MDA (Market Driven Agent). The results show that the proposed negotiation agents outperform the MDAs.

With an increasing number of service providers in the cloud market, the competition between these is also increasing. Each provider attempts to attract customers by providing a high quality service with lowest possible cost and at the same time trying to make profit. Often, cloud resources are advertised and brokered in a spot market style, i.e., traded for immediate delivery. This paper proposes an architecture for a brokerage model specifically for multi-cloud resource spot markets that integrates the resource brokerage function across several cloud providers. We use a tuple space architecture to facilitate coordination. This architecture supports specifically multiple cloud providers selling unused resources in the spot market. To support the matching process by finding the best match between customer requirements and providers, offers are matched with regard the lowest possible cost available for the customer in the market at the time of the request. The key role of this architecture is to provide the coordination techniques built on a tuple space, adapted to the cloud spot market.
