An Atypical Presentation of Pancreatic Pseudocyst Masquerading as Solid Pseudopapillary Neoplasm of Pancreas

Abstract: Pancreatic pseudocysts are the most common cystic lesions of the pancreas, and often present as a consequence of acute or chronic pancreatitis. On the other hand, cystic neoplasms of the pancreas are rare, but pose a significant diagnostic challenge.
