Abstract:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic, autoimmune, multisystem disease. Lupus enteritis accompanied by intestinal pseudo-obstruction (IPO) is a serious and rare initial manifestation that can lead to high mortality and morbidity in case of delay in diagnosis and treatment.
