An Architectural Design for Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation in Cyber-Physical Systems

Abstract: Several use cases from the areas of manufacturing and process industry, require highly accurate sensor data. As sensors always have some degree of uncertainty, methods are needed to increase their reliability.
