An aptamer-based keypad lock system

Abstract: An aptamer-based security system mimicking keypad lock function was successfully designed. The system was turned "ON" with a strong fluorescent output signal only when the inputs were added according to the correct combination and exact sequence. Otherwise, the system was kept "OFF" to prevent illegal access.

“…Usually, results of this kind are established for some specified class of (molecular) graphs. We quote here only some most recent works of this kind, [59][60][61][62][63][64][65] in which references to earlier studies can be found. Numerous papers on Zagreb indices are appearing also in mathematical journals; see the recent articles [66][67][68][69][70] and the references cited therein.…”

“…All experiments were performed at room temperature. indicative of parallel K + -stabilized G-quadruplex [32,33]. The results demonstrated that the presence K + could induce the hairpin Ap-DNA structural change, forming K + -stabilized G-quadruplex.…”

“…It can be concluded that, the honeycomb-Al 2 O 3 supporter greatly increases the mechanical strength of the LLZTO membrane; such a composite design eliminates the concern over the membrane's fragility in applications, and furthermore, may allow a stack pressure between the composite electrolyte and the lithium anode, which can increase lithium cycling efficiency [24,25], however, further research is required to clarify. Impedance spectroscopy measurement was carried out on the composite electrolyte pellet, and the result was compared with those of the LLZTO and LTAP sheet reported in our former paper [19]. In a typical measurement, two 2 M LiCl solutions were separated by the ceramic electrolyte, and two flat Pt electrodes (1 Â 1 cm 2 ) were placed into these LiCl solutions symmetrically [26].…”
