The optimal management of personal resources impacts everyone’s quality of life. An investment in graduate education is a sustainable opportunity for improved outcomes in human life, including cognition, behavior, life opportunities, salary, and career. Advanced technology dramatically reduces the risk of personal resources in graduate program admission recommendations that depend on multiple individual needs and preferences. In the digital age, a dynamic recommender system enhances the suitably effective solution for students’ university selections. This study focused on designing, developing, and testing a recommender system for graduate admission using a dynamic multi-criteria AHP and fuzzy AHP approach. The explicit multi-criteria recommender system was a platform as a service (PaaS) web application created to aid in graduate admissions management and decision-making. The design proposed that the bit representation store a dynamic explicit multi-criteria data structure. The recommendations adopting dynamic multi-criteria were validated by comparing them to the programs to which the students were actually admitted and enrolled. They individually ranked the evaluation outcomes of dynamic explicit multi-criteria and alternative preferences to provide graduate admission recommendations. Eighty graduate students in information technology evaluated the recommender system. Using top-1, top-2, and F1-score accuracy, the effective system accuracy performance on the dynamic multi-criteria recommender system was evaluated using AHP and fuzzy AHP approaches. The fuzzy AHP demonstrated marginally greater practical accuracy than the AHP method.

In the post-COVID-19 era, many university students face financial distress due to macroeconomic downturns. Helping college students overcome financial difficulties is an important aspect of sustainable recovery. Based on the theory of student satisfaction and the perspective of new financial support systems, this study constructs a performance evaluation system for financial support for financially distressed students in colleges and universities. To comprehensively evaluate financially distressed students for financial support from the perspective of satisfaction, an empirical study is conducted by taking the authors’ college as an example according to the fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis and evaluation model. The results show that, according to the characteristics of students, the students' families’ characteristics should be considered and carefully sorted, and on this basis, the appropriate selection criteria for financially distressed students are selected.

Knowing and developing the construction organizations' maturity level in risk management is critical to ensure they achieve their strategic objectives. This paper aims to design a new construction organizations' risk-management maturity model (C.ORM3) using new hybrid techniques and a distinct validation strategy based on global and local experience, to assess risk management maturity level in developing countries. A multi-steps methodology was adopted in this research. The study adopted an excessive systematic literature reviews of 22 previous articles on RM maturity and four standards and guidelines for eliciting model components. These components include five attributes with 26 capabilities; 24 capabilities identified from literature review and 2 from experts. These capabilities are evaluated against five levels: immature, ad-hoc, standard, managed, and optimized. The authors adopted a new strategy for validating the model by three groups of global and local experts and verifying the proposed model in a realistic-world case study. This study is the first to use a hybrid method based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation (FSE) techniques in evaluating RM maturity (RMM). Iraqi construction organizations validate the practicality of the model. The results showed that the overall RMM level of the Iraqi construction sector is 1.52, between immature and ad-hoc. The model has been converted into a computer template for ease of use by organizations. This study concluded that the suggested C.ORM3 helpful for construction organisations to evaluate their current state of RM and plan for future development.
