Abstract:This paper addresses the design of a dynamic output feedback-based anti-windup compensator to mitigate the windup phenomenon for a discrete time-varying delayed system with input saturation to establish the asymptotic stability. Linear matrix inequalities–based stability conditions are derived locally and globally.
