The analytical FMR surface impedance formula, calculated in Part 111 of this paper, is applied to the case of arbitrary large uniaxial surface anisotropy energy E,, the symmetry axis of which points normal to the sample surface. It is shown that the theory for certain values of E, > 0 leads to the excitation of exchange dominated surface spin-wave modes; the discussion concerns the accuracy of the results and the applicability of the theory to the experiments.Die analytische FMR-Oberflachenimpedanzgleichung, berechnet im Teil 111 dieser Arbeit, wird auf den Fall einer beliebig groBen, uniaxialen Oberflachenanisotropieenergie E, angewandt, deren Symmetrieachse senkrecht zur Probenoberflache orientiert ist. Es wird gezeigt, da13 die Theorie fur gewisse Werte von E , > 0 zu der Anregung von austausch-dominierenden Oberflachenspinwellen-Moden fiihrt; die Genanigkeit der Ergebnisse und die Anwendungsmoglichkeit der Theorie auf die Experimente wird diskutiert.

Using the analytical FMR theory, the real part of the surface impedance as dependent on the magnetic field and surface anisotropy is calculated for two types of ferromagnetic metals with different exchange-conductivity parameters. The shapes of the obtained two sets of FMR spectra (including the main and surface resonance modes) differ considerably; the discussion of the cause of this effect points to a pronounced influence of the FMR cross-over region.&fit Hilfe der analytischen FMR-Theorie wird der reale Anteil der Oberfliichenimpedanz als Funktion des magnetischen Feldes und der Oberfliichenanisotropie fur zwei Typen von ferromagnetischen Metallen mit verschiedenen Austausch-Leitfahigkeitsparametern berechnet. Die Formen der beiden so bcrechneten Familien dcr FMR-Spektren (eingeschlossen Haupt-und OberfliichenModen) unt.erscheiden sich zicmlich stark; die Diskussion dieses Effekts weist auf einen beachtlichen EinfluB des Gcbiets der FMR-Moden-pberschneidung hin.

The formulae for dispersion relations, together with formulae for the surface impedance, skin depth, wavelength, and inflection linewidth are discussed, for the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in parallel configuration in amorphous alloys. The importance of the FMR cross-over effect is pointed out.Es werden die Formeln fur die Dispersionsbeziehungen, zusammen mit den Formeln fur die Oberflachenimpedanz, Skintiefe, Wellenlange und Flexionslinienbreite fur ferromagnetische Resonanz (FMR) in Parallelkonfiguration in amorphen Legierungen diskutiert. Die Bedeutung des FMR-Crossover-Effekts wird dargestellt.
